Henri (Dr. Henri A.L. Dekker) studied Geodesy, Law and Economics. He has since 1982 consulted with the UN, World Bank, EU, national governments and the private sector for example in Armenia, Aruba, Australia, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Burkina-Faso Curacao, Costa Rica, Egypt, India, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Senegal, Surinam, Trinidad and Tobago, Uzbekistan and Zambia. He is the author of “The Invisible Line” and several other books on Land Tenure.
